Architectural shingle tear-offs, standing-seam and exposed-fastener metal, decking repair, and insurance claim work.

We tear off to the deck rather than laying over. That is the only way to find soft sheathing, and on most re-roofs we find some. Ice-and-water goes in the valleys and around penetrations, synthetic underlayment over the field, and pipe boots get replaced rather than reused.

Storm damage gets documented with drone photography before anything is touched, which is what an adjuster needs to see.
