Removing a load-bearing wall is the request we get most often and the one worth being careful about. Those jobs get an engineer-stamped beam specification and new footings under the posts carrying the load — not a guess and a header.

Remodels are disruptive by nature, so we work to keep them contained: dust barriers, a clean site every evening, and a schedule that tells you which weeks you will be without a kitchen.
